Description
The cows spend all summer on the slopes of the Alpes. Quite often the terrain is real steep. In late autumn they will be shepherd down into the valley. The Alpenmilch is known all over the world. The milk is also being used in the famous Milch Schokolade (Milk Chocolates) of the region Swiss Austrian and German Chocolates.
